Dr. Jeff King is responsible for the technical management of all three laboratory locations. Please direct questions regarding the laboratories capabilities and analytical methods to Dr. King.

 

Jerry Dawson is responsible for the Organic laboratory, which includes VOCs, SVOCs, pesticides, PAHs, explosives, TOC, TOX, and other organic parametes in drinking water, wastewater, groundwater, soil, sludges, and wastes.

Jim Eggers is reponsible for the implementation of the company Quality Assurance and Safety programs. Questions regarding laboratory certifications, Performance Evaluation Samples, or any issue dealing with quality or safety should be directed to Jim.

Terri Hayden manages the overall business functions of the company. Jodi will be able to answer questions regarding Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Personnel, Employee Benefits, Insurance, or other business related matters.

Tammy Satterlee supervises the Waterloo branch laboratory and office including all aspects of client service, pricing, containers, sample status, and reports.
